According to FDA regulations U.S.A. users should forward us a valid prescription from a dental practitioner or a physician before the device can be shipped.
You may also use a 3rd party online service – The TeleDentists.com (see below for instructions)

The prescribed device should be identified as “SaliPen”. The use instructions should be “up to 5 times a day, each time up to 5 minutes”.

Three ways to send us your SaliPen prescription:

Preliminary eligibility requires the following conditions are met: you suffer from dry mouth, are 18 years or older, and you are not allergic to silicone or gold.

Please do not use The TeleDentists in case any of the following conditions apply to you:
pregnant; use a pacemaker; have psychiatric or psychological disorders; have involuntary muscle movement disorder (i.e. Parkinson’s disease); have a neurologic disorder in the head and neck area (trigeminal neuralgia).

Your prescription will be sent to us once issued.
